Terms of Service
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Acceptance
By using kanectsolutions.com or scheduling services with Kanect Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
We provide mobile notary public and loan signing services in Texas. We are commissioned, bonded, and NNA-certified. Notarization is limited to the signer's acknowledgement of their identity and signature; we do not provide legal advice or prepare documents.
Booking & confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed by email or phone. We reserve the right to decline any request for any lawful reason.
Fees & payment
Notarial fees follow Texas statutory limits. Travel, after-hours, and convenience fees may apply and will be disclosed before the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless billed to a title company under agreed payment terms (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30).
Cancellations & refunds
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a travel/scheduling fee. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Client responsibilities
- Provide valid, government-issued photo ID at the appointment.
- Sign in our presence — we cannot notarize signatures made before the appointment.
- Be willing and able to understand the document being signed.
- Provide accurate information when booking.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for errors in the underlying documents we notarize.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
